Universal Access Program 2021
The Universal Access Program is supported by City of Sydney and aimed at increasing access to students of First Nations, CaLD backgrounds by providing subsidised access to Sport for Jove’s 2021 Education Program at the Seymour Centre | 15 March - 10 June 2021.
Our 2021 Education Program offers:
3 mainstage productions across 7 weeks of production at The Seymour Centre. Our extensive Student Resource Kids are complimentary for all shows.
An in-depth look at 8 classic works on the HSC syllabus. Over three hours, SFJ re-enact, dissect and discuss scenes of a script, allowing students to ask questions and unlock the themes, structure, characters, ambiguities and plot of that particular play.
On-Demand, feature-length presentations including classroom activities and workshops, detailed teacher support materials, and interaction with the cast and creatives of SFJ.
Low ICSEA identified schools are eligible for this new program which entitles students to 50% off the standard student ticket price, now only $14 per ticket, accompanying teachers are free per 10 students.
If your school is unable to travel due to cost or accessibility, and are outside a 300km radius of Sydney, we also offer subsidised tickets for the same to access our online Digital Packages.
The knowledge and participation acquired from these learning experiences can elevate HSC scores through access to academic forums and encourage participation in tertiary education.
The Seymour Centre is a fully accessible venue and has its own COVID-19 Safety Plan and Risk Assessment paperwork. The Seymour has released more tickets as restrictions have been easing and they are now able to increase the capacity of all performances.
We look forward to seeing your students at the Seymour Centre soon! Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 02 8970 1921.
