Sarah Woods | Biography

Sarah - (WAAPA graduate 1990) - has enjoyed an extensive career in theatre, film and television. Her film credits include The Last Race, The Black Balloon and Accidents Happen.

Amidst her many TV credits, she has appeared in: Return to the Devil’s Playground, Redfurn Now, Rake, Crownies and The Kettering Incident.

Theatre-wise, she has played the Nurse in Romeo and Juliet and Lady Macbeth for Bell Shakespeare; Gertrude in Hamlet for the STC; Olive in Summer of the Seventeenth Doll, Gwen in Away and Martha in Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf? for Railway Street Theatre. This is her debut performance with SFJ and she is delighted!
