Bronte Schuftan | Biography

Bronte graduated from the Australian Academy of Dramatic Arts (AIM) with a Bachelor of Performance. Valuing a versatile approach to working in the arts, she is also a skilled designer, dramaturg, and actor, in addition to being a published playwright. Bronte has worked with a number of companies and venues across Sydney including Red Line Productions, O’Punksky’s Theatre Company, Belvoir, Siren Theatre Co. Playwriting Australia, The Opera House, Riverside Theatres Parramatta, Sydney Fringe Festival, and The Old Fitz. Her production credits include A View from the Bridge, The Night Alive, Cyrano de Bergerac, Misterman, Good With Maps, Hendricks Gin – Awakening, The Crucible, The Lady in the Barracks, a touring season of Twelfth Night & The Tempest, Anna Karenina, and Blackrock.
