Adele Querol | Biography

Adele Querol just completed a national tour of Shake and Stir Theatre Company’s award-winning adaptation of “Dracula”. Prior to that she was in Theatron’s production of “Who’s Afraid Of Virginia Wolf”. She is a recipient of the International Actor’s Fellowship at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre London, as well as performing at the internationally acclaimed ‘Finbourough Theatre’ in an Australian production of ‘The One Day Of The Year’. This is Adele’s second Sport For Jove Summer Season, having previously been seen in ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ as well as their production of ‘The Crucible’.  Adele has appeared in Sydney Theatre Company’s 'Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead', Bell Shakespeare’s “Players”, and Darlinghust Theatre’s 'The importance of Being Earnest'. Adele has appeared in various feature films including the Australian comedy feature 'Dick's Clinic’, and sci-fi ‘Harmony’ as well as short films ‘Ricochet (St Kilda Film Festival Finalist) Adele was also nominated for 'Best Actress' at the 2014 Houston Comedy Film Festival for her role in the comedy short 'Worst Date Ever'.

Adele has been a proud member of MEAA since graduating WAAPA.
